I usually think that prawns are a lot of effort for little reward. I still think this. However I rarely cook prawns fresh and enjoyed them. I didn’t follow the recipe at all.

This really was the lot with bacon and egg, delicious however lost points as we did not fire up the BBQ for it.

An Australian burger usually has a pineapple ring and beetroot on it.

Kangaroo is a very healthy meat and has a low level of cholesterol. Some people protest about eating kangaroos, but in many places they are considered a pest. It is important not to stew the meat as it can be rather tough if overcooked.

Here’s a similar recipe to the one Big M made up, except we substituted kangaroo for the beef mince.
