This dish really is the celebration of pork. Traditionally all parts of the pig are added (ears, trotters) however, we were not that brave. The flavours are simple, pork and beans!
* Little m – 7.5
OK I admit this dish looked scary. The markets in Guildford used to sell pig’s ears for dog food, that put me off a bit. However I’m please to say it was a really nice dish.
