Czech Goulash with Bread Dumplings

This was fantastic. I always love stews, casseroles; beef and guiness stew is my favourite. The grated potato at the end soaked the juices and gave lovely texture to the suculent pork. The bread dumplings took the dish from an 8 to a 9 and really finished off the dish prefectly, definitely having this one again.
* Little m – 6.5
Nice. We missed out the caraway seeds, because I don’t like them.
