Still nursing a hangover from the Newcastle Brown Ale the night before the fish replenished any lost essential oils. Maybe next time the ratio of fish to potato should be increased.

The crispbakes tasted like cardboard, but for some strange reason the packet was quickly finished!

We used perch for the fish cakes, but of course any boneless fish will do.
