We rarely have cream these days, so they were a little rich. I cooked tonight to give Big M a break. These are a special occasion dish.

The pork and veal mince make for a nice change to beef.

Comments
Absolut Vodka is well-known for its original quirky advertisements. The bottle was inspired by classic Swedish medicine bottle of the 18th and 19th centuries. We have decided to due to lack of cups for some countries also use the opposition teams drinks, hence the german beers here.
The Swedish meatballs are rather time-consuming. My mixture was a little too wet, so some of the meatballs fell apart when cooking. I also find it best to brown them in the frying pan and then heat them through in the oven. This will also keep them warm while you finish off the other lots.
